His career reflects a strong work ethic, personal accountability, and the ability to navigate complex challenges with focus and sound judgment.
Juan holds a B.S. in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University, is certified in Xero and QuickBooks Online, and is an Intuit Certified Bookkeeper. He combines accounting knowledge with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, taking the time to understand each client’s business and make financial information clear, accurate, and useful. Through responsive communication, integrity, and dependable support, Juan builds lasting client relationships and helps business owners make informed decisions with confidence.

Starting as a housing counselor, she quickly rose through the ranks, overseeing multimillion-dollar programs and auditing properties with thousands of residential units. But that’s not all—Betsy’s expertise extends to being a licensed mortgage broker, real estate broker, and a seasoned pro in the tax credit industry.
Betsy has been a compliance champion, training employees across multiple states and ensuring adherence to regulations like LIHTC, Tax Exempt Mortgage Revenue Bond, and more. As a Senior Regional Compliance Analyst, she successfully managed a portfolio of 3500 units in various states, all while supervising a team of compliance specialists. With experience spanning from Florida to California and certifications like Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Fair Housing Certified (FHC), Betsy is a true housing hero.
Her knowledge extends to a wide range of programs, including HUD Section 8, Public Housing, and Rural Development. Plus, she even served as a board member on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.
